Merchant terms

The Boonora merchant agreement every business signs. Edit it here and publish — no developer, no deploy. A published version is never changed, because someone agreed to it; any change becomes a new version, and every merchant is asked to accept it.

Who has agreed to what

A business on an older version keeps trading during the grace period below, and is asked to accept in their terminal. After that, taking payments needs the current terms accepted. Exception — the built-in versions 2026-10-03 (the program-fee disclosure) and 2026-10-07 (new §6A: Boonora collects payments as the business's limited agent; §14 updated to match): a business on an older version keeps trading with no deadline, and pays no program fee until it has accepted 2026-10-03 or later.

Built-in versions — one-time actions

Both are previews first: nothing is sent or changed until you press the second button, and running either again does nothing new. The re-accept email goes to every business on an older version than the current one (—), once per version; the credit-back is for the 2026-10-03 program fee.

The agreement text

Publishing emails every merchant on file, stamps today's date as the version, and starts the grace period. It does not change anything anyone has already signed.
